NAPA Strategic Partnership

Interoutes is proud to announce its strategic collaboration with NAPA, a global leader in maritime software and digital services, known for leveraging data science to enable safer, more sustainable, and more efficient shipping.

The relationship between the two companies began in 2021, when Interoutes became a client of NAPA, utilizing its API services as part of its operational framework. As the collaboration developed, both parties recognized the strong alignment and complementary nature of their capabilities combining NAPA’s advanced software solutions with Interoutes’ operational expertise and human insight.

Building on this synergy, discussions were initiated to develop a joint service that would integrate the strengths of both organizations. In February 2024, following an official invitation, a team from Interoutes visited NAPA’s headquarters in Helsinki for a series of extensive meetings focused on shaping the future of the partnership. The dialogue continued over the following months, including reciprocal visits from NAPA representatives to Greece.

In July 2024, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed, formally establishing the collaboration between the two companies.

The partnership led to the development of Expert Route Monitoring (ERM), a new service that combines cutting edge technology with expert operational oversight. ERM was officially launched in October 2025 at Kormarine 2025 in Korea.
